Who We Are

Stephen brings a wealth of teaching experience from a broad range of educational settings, including state secondary schools, middle schools, international schools, and both independent junior and senior schools. His hands-on classroom experience has given him a deep understanding of the pressures schools face — from staffing shortages to curriculum demands — and how vital it is to find the right people to support a positive learning environment. Having been in the position of both teacher and middle leader, Stephen knows that a well-matched educator can make a lasting impact on a school, a team, and most importantly, the learners.

Joe has spent many years leading successful extracurricular programmes, most notably founding and running the renowned Calzaghe Mini Dragons non-contact boxing club. Drawing on his family’s proud boxing heritage, Joe has worked with dozens of schools and community groups across the UK, delivering sessions that promote discipline, focus, confidence, and wellbeing. His work with young people — particularly those in need of additional structure and encouragement — has earned him a reputation for energy, empathy, and genuine impact. He brings that same passion and commitment to the world of education recruitment.
